Return Policy

Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS) accepts most new, unopened items for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original shipment date. Because your timeframe is limited, we recommend inspecting your package upon receipt so you can address any issues immediately.

To initiate a return, please email Customer Service at libre@myehcs.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • Authorized by EHCS prior to shipping back
  • Shipped at the customer’s expense
  • In original, unopened, undamaged packaging*
  • Received within 30 days of original shipment
  • Within 5 months of its expiration date

EHCS will process your refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item. EHCS will issue the refund in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

If you cancel an order after EHCS has shipped it, your order will be subject to this policy.

 

* Per the FDA, we cannot accept opened items for return or exchange. If your product is defective, please contact the manufacturer for replacement.
